pak666 Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("the Player") and pak666 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern your access to and use of the pak666 website located at pak666.win, the pak666 Android application, and all related services including sports betting, casino, live casino, slots and all promotional offers.

By registering an account, depositing funds or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all players accessing pak666 from Pakistan. If you are accessing from outside Pakistan, please be aware that local laws regarding online gaming may differ and it is your responsibility to ensure your use of pak666 complies with any applicable local regulations.

pak666 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use pak666. This is an absolute requirement and is not subject to any exceptions. pak666 takes the protection of minors seriously and will take action to suspend any account where there is reason to believe the holder may be under 18.

One Account Per Player. Each individual may register only one pak666 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, payment details or devices — is a breach of these Terms. Accounts found to be duplicates may be closed without notice. Any balance in duplicate accounts may be held pending review.

Accurate Information. When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information including your full name, date of birth and a valid contact method. Providing false information, including a false date of birth to circumvent the age requirement, is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Account Verification. pak666 may request identity verification documents at any point. This may include a copy of a valid national identity card (CNIC), proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension until verification is complete.

3. Account Security

Your Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak666 username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. pak666 will never ask you for your password via email, chat or any other channel.

Unauthorised Access. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify pak666 support immediately. All bets and transactions placed using your login credentials are considered valid unless you have reported a security breach before those transactions occurred.

Two-Factor Authentication. pak666 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access. You can enable 2FA from your account security settings at any time.

Device Security. If you access pak666 via the Android APK or the iOS web app, ensure your device is protected with a PIN, pattern or biometric lock. pak666 is not responsible for losses resulting from use of your account on a shared or insecure device.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Supported Methods. pak666 supports PKR deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and debit or credit cards. Mobile wallet methods are subject to the limits and availability set by the respective payment providers.

Minimum Deposit. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and will be displayed clearly during the deposit process. All deposits are credited to your account in PKR.

Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed promptly, typically within a few hours of approval. Bank Transfer withdrawals may take additional time depending on the receiving bank. pak666 does not impose unnecessary delays on withdrawal processing.

Verification Before Withdrawal. pak666 reserves the right to complete identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies to all players. Ensuring your account details and CNIC are on file and verified in advance will reduce any delay.

Same Method Policy. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. If this is not possible, pak666 may ask you to provide an alternative verified method.

No Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members — are not permitted and may trigger a verification hold.

5. Betting Rules

Accepted Bets. All bets placed on pak666 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or market. Cricket betting — including Pakistan internationals, PSL, T20 and other formats — is subject to cricket-specific rules regarding match interruptions, weather delays, abandonment and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results.

Void Bets. A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being cancelled or abandoned, obvious errors in odds being published, technical errors that resulted in incorrect market pricing, or a market being suspended and bets being placed during the suspension window.

Odds Changes. Live odds change continuously during in-play events. The odds displayed at the moment you confirm your bet are the odds at which your bet is accepted. pak666 is not responsible for odds fluctuations that occur between you initiating a bet and the bet being confirmed on your screen.

Maximum Stakes and Payouts. pak666 reserves the right to apply maximum stake limits on any market and maximum payout limits per event. These limits are set to ensure fair operation of the platform and may be adjusted without notice.

Cricket-Specific Rules. For cricket markets, the following general rules apply unless otherwise stated: match winner bets require the match to reach a defined conclusion; in-play over-by-over markets will be settled on the official scorecard; and individual player performance markets will be voided if the player named does not participate in the relevant innings or spell.

6. Casino and Games

Game Availability. The availability of casino games — including slots, live casino tables and any other game categories — may change from time to time. pak666 may add, modify or remove games without prior notice. The removal of a game does not affect bets already placed and settled on that game.

Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game, the round in question may be declared void and any stake returned to the player. pak666's decision on the outcome of any disputed round is final. Wins resulting from a clear software error or malfunction will not be honoured.

Live Casino. Live casino streams are provided by third-party studio providers. Connection quality depends on your internet speed. pak666 optimises streams for Pakistani 4G connections, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted streaming in all network conditions. Interrupted rounds due to connection loss on the player's side are handled according to individual game rules.

Return to Player (RTP). Each slot and casino game has a theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage. RTP figures are calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any specific result in a single session. Past results in any game do not influence future outcomes.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

Eligibility. Promotional offers at pak666 are subject to individual eligibility requirements. Unless otherwise stated, welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first deposit. Existing players may be eligible for reload bonuses, free bets and seasonal promotions as communicated via email or the promotions section of the site.

Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds and free bet credits are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier, qualifying games or sports markets and time limits for each offer are stated in the individual promotion's terms. Read these carefully before accepting any bonus.

Bonus Abuse. pak666 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses if there is evidence of bonus abuse. This includes opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to guarantee a risk-free return, or any pattern of betting that suggests the intention is to extract bonus value rather than to engage in normal betting activity.

Expiry. Bonus funds and free bets that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

PSL Promotions. pak666 runs specific promotions during the Pakistan Super League season. These are announced in advance and have their own terms. PSL promotional terms will be published alongside each offer and take precedence over these general bonus terms where there is a conflict.

8. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

pak666 is committed to maintaining a fair, honest and secure environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform in any way
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in, facilitating or having knowledge of match fixing, spot fixing or any other form of event manipulation
• Placing bets using inside information not available to the general public
• Operating multiple accounts or colluding with other players to manipulate bonus terms
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age or identity in any way
• Harassing, threatening or using abusive language towards pak666 support staff or other players

pak666 uses a combination of automated monitoring and manual review to detect prohibited conduct. Decisions on account suspension resulting from fair play investigations are made by the pak666 compliance team and are final. Players suspected of match-related fraud may be reported to relevant sporting bodies.

9. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only.

11. Limitation of Liability

pak666 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free of errors or interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and events beyond our control may affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted, pak666 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses from bets placed during a technical error, losses resulting from reliance on incorrect odds that were subsequently corrected, or losses resulting from connectivity issues on your side.

pak666's total liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the thirty days preceding the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

pak666 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. For significant changes, we may notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Continued use of pak666 after updated Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
